Jordan & Jason ~ December 20, 2015

DSC_4944  Jordan and Jason met through mutual friends when they all met up for a fancy dinner one night. By the end of the night the two had exchanged phone numbers and the rest is history.  The couple married December 20, 2015.

The flower girl started the ceremony as she came down the aisle in a full tutu skirt that was picture perfect. Jordan was dressed in a lace gown with lace straps and a nude lining that showed through the lace below the hips. The bride’s hair was worn swept to the side. Flowers for the bouquets and flower arrangements included hydrangeas, roses, lilies, delphinium and peonies. Her bridesmaids wore varying shades of purple strapless gowns. To compliment the bridesmaids the groom wore a black tuxedo with grey vest and purple tie while his groomsmen wore different colors and styles of grey suits. They each had different colored socks in mostly in argyle patterns.

The wedding ceremony started off with the song Stay In Love and included a live singer and a tying of the knot ceremony. The officiant talked about marriage requiring a plan, mutual submission and valuing your spouse above yourself. Dessert featured a wedding cake of three tiers with a rose design in the frosting on the bottom tier, piping on top and a middle layer decorated with ruffles.

At the reception, the best man toasted to the happy couple. The groom and some of his friends surprised the bride and their guests by playing the bagpipes. Purple up-lighting shone in the room. You Are the Best Man by Ray LaMontagne was chosen for the couple’s first dance as husband and wife followed by Tiny Dancer by Elton John and L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole. The night ended with a signature sparkler farewell.

Congratulations Jordan and Jason. May your love be unconditional and ever-lasting. We wish you the best.
