Tiffany plays softball with John’s sister, who happened to invite John to a post game drink at a local bar, Fat Willy’s. Tiffany and John met, and were eventually married on Sunday, May 8, 2016.
Tiffany wore a white, Justin Alexander gown from Almond Tree Wedding Boutique in Phoenix, complete with a sweetheart neckline, mermaid hem, and custom buttons trailing down the back. She stood atop silver Kelly & Katie heels, and wore a single strand of pearls. Here bridesmaid donned burgundy, V-neck, tea length gowns from David’s Bridal, with the Maid of Honor’s dress in an elegant gray. All held hand-tied bouquets of burgundy and gray roses with lots of greenery.
John wore a gray suit with a burgundy vest and black necktie – a simple white rose pinned on his lapel. His groomsmen wore black suits with black shirts, burgundy vests, and gray neckties.
Tiffany and John’s outdoor wedding was held at the end of a red plush carpet, and was accompanied by a live harp. The sand ceremony and personal wedding vows were officiated by a friend Kyle. Guests were encouraged to share their photographs on Instagram with the hashtag #johnandtiffgotmarried.
A buffet-style dinner consisted of salad, beef tenderloin, chicken, and twice-baked potatoes. The white, three-tiered wedding cake was adorned in white and red roses, and crowned with a wooden tree cake topper.
John’s son Greyson was the Best Man, and gave a toast about his new mom. The Maid of Honor gave a speech about when she first met Tiffany. Tiffany and John’s First Dance was to “Come To Me” by the Goo Goo Dolls. The Father/Daughter Dance was to “Butterfly Kisses” by Bob Carlisle, and the Mother/Son Dance was to Van Morrison’s “Days Like This.”
Guests were also treated to mini bottles of rosemary or garlic olive oil, and some fancy dancing by the bride and groom. We wish Tiffany, John, and Greyson all the best!
