Hannah and Cody were married on Thursday, March 24, 2016.
Hannah modeled a lace-covered wedding gown with a beaded belt, mermaid hem, and sweetheart neckline. A veil was pinned in her blonde hair, and she held a bouquet of lavender and white roses tied with a gold ribbon. Her four bridesmaids wore solid purple, sweetheart sheath gowns, and all were holding smaller bouquets of lavender, purple, and white roses.
Cody sported a black, two-piece suit with a black dress shirt and necktie – plus a purple pocket square and lily on his lapel. His four groomsmen donned black suits with white dress shirts, and purple neckties and pocket squares, along with white lilies on their lapels.
The outdoor ceremony was held at the end of a white carpet adorned in white and lavender rose petals. Hannah walked down the aisle to “Tale As Old As Time” from Beauty And The Beast.
A buffet dinner later started with mixed greens salads, followed by chicken marsala, mashed potatoes, and mixed steamed vegetables. The three-tiered wedding cake had a purple rose with a gold accent on the front.
During toasts, the Best Man, who has been best friends with the groom since third grade, congratulated the new couple.
Hannah and Cody’s first dance was to Thomas Rhett’s “Die A Happy Man,” and the Father/Daughter Dance was to “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong.
During the reception, the newlyweds played the shoe game, and tossed a football instead of a bouquet. Guests left with personalized tea bags as party favors.
We wish all the luck to the new Mr. and Mrs. Hanna!
