Noor and Irfon were married on Saturday, July 23, 2016.
Noor modeled a stunning peach-colored, traditional wedding gown. The bride was adorned with henna patterns over her palms and hands, which held a bouquet of peach-colored roses. She also donned a gold and beaded Tikka headpiece, a bedazzled sari veil, and many other cultural bridal garments. Irfon sported a cream and god colored Sherwani, and was also in traditional dress.
The reception started with a bruschetta appetizer. Dinner consisted of a house salad followed by chicken with creamy mushrooms, chicken piccata, and rigatoni in creamy pesto sauce.
The four-tiered wedding cake was covered in white frosting, and adorned in a cascade of peach-colored roses. Its flavors were chocolate with cream filling, and vanilla with strawberry jam. There were also customized mason jars filled with candy for guests, which came adorned with “Noor & Irfon July 23, 2016.”
Noor and Irfon left their wedding reception in their own car covered in white ribbon and red carnations. We wish them all the happiness in the world.
