Josue and Liz became man and wife on September 15, 2017.
Liz wore a sophisticated ballgown-style dress that featured a lace bodice with scoop neck and elbow-length lace illusion sleeves, a crystal belt, and a full organza skirt. She accessorized with pale blue heels and a crystal hairpiece attached to a full-length veil. Her bouquet combined peonies and roses in shades of white and pink with small blue flowers, berries, and other botanical accents. Her five bridesmaids wore pale blue mid-length dresses with embroidered floral tops, elbow-length illusion sleeves, and tulle skirts. They carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Josue looked handsome in a blue suit with a black bow tie, white pocket square, and white rose boutonniere. His five groomsmen wore light gray suits with light blue ties and white rose boutonnieres.
A string quartet performed during the bilingual ceremony.
At the reception, guests dined on Caesar salad, potatoes au gratin with Gruyere and mozzarella, tortellini primavera in Alfredo sauce; and sliced beef tenderloin. Extra touches included a photo booth and bags of coffee for the guests to take home.
During the speeches, the bride’s sister talked about how protective she is of Liz. Liz and her father exchanged gifts, and Liz talked about her dad is the best father anyone could ask for.
The wedding cake was a three-tiered naked cake lightly frosted in white. The cake was adorned with flowers reminiscent of the bride’s bouquet.
Josue and Liz left the wedding under the signature sparkler send-off.
We wish the happy couple a long and beautiful life together!
