Justin and Michelle became man and wife on December 30, 2017.
Michelle selected an elegant A-line gown with long lace sleeves, a scoop neckline, an embellished bodice, a deep V-back, and a train. Her accessories included a crystal tiara, pearl drop earrings, a pearl necklace, and a full-length veil. Her bouquet included anemones, roses, and peonies in shades of white and red along with decorative berries, eucalyptus, and other botanical elements. Her five bridemaids wore matching full-length burgundy gowns with lace bodices, long lace sleeves, and V-necklines. They carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Justin looked handsome in a gray tuxedo with a gray vest, burgundy bow tie, burgundy pocket square, and mini bouquet boutonniere. His groomsmen dressed to match him.
The bride’s aunt performed the ceremony, which included handwritten vows and a sand ceremony to signify two lives becoming one.
Inside at the reception, guests dined on Caesar salad, chicken, braised beef short ribs, butternut squash ravoli, and mixed vegetables.
Guests signed wooden Minnie Mouse and Mickey Mouse figures in lieu of a guest book. The wedding favors were miniature bars of soap.
The maid of honor and the best man both gave speeches.
Michelle and Justin danced together for the first time as a married couple to “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran. Michelle danced with her grandfather and great-uncle to “Butterfly Kisses.” Justin and his mother danced to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts.
The three-tier wedding cake was done in all white; the top and bottom layers were decorated in brushed frosting, and the middle layer had a Mickey Mouse dot print. The cake was decorated with small bunches of red roses and topped with a Mickey and Minnie silhouette ornament.
Justin and Michelle left their wedding under the signature sparkler send-off.
We wish the newlyweds a long and happy life together!
