Caroline and Dave, who met 5 ½ years ago in a small French restaurant, were married in an outdoor ceremony at Villa Siena on September 29th, 2019.
Caroline dazzled in a V-neck lace beaded gown. She added a gorgeous fingertip length veil and beautiful earrings. Their flower girl was one of the cutest we have seen here at Villa Siena- her name is Maisy and she is the couple’s dog!
Caroline carried a gorgeous round bouquet of burgundy and blush roses with eucalyptus accents. Dave looked handsome in his navy suit with a burgundy tie and pocket square.
Caroline walked down an aisle covered in burgundy and blush rose petals to her excited groom. During their ceremony the guests enjoyed speeches by two of their friends as well as 2 singers.
After the ceremony the celebration moved into Villa Siena’s Cianciano Dining room.
It was a trip around the world at the reception as the tables were themed as places around the world like Rome, Mexico, and Arizona.
Everyone dined on an amazing meal consisting of hors d’oeuvres, spring mix salad, grilled Atlantic salmon, Filet mignon, potatoes au gratin, and fresh green beans. Yum!
For dessert they cut into the travel themed cake with a cute bride and groom topper. The cake was a hit with the 3 flavors of red velvet, devil’s food with cookies and cream, and white almond fusion. To drink Maisy was happy to share her recipe for the Crazy Maisy Mai Tai.
Shake the bottle of Trader Vic’s Mai Tai mix.
Fill a double old-fashioned glass with ice and add:
1 jigger Bacardi LIGHT Rum
3 jiggers of Trader Vic’s Mai Tai Mix
1 jigger Tapping House DARK Rum, floated on top
Stir well and garnish with Pineapple spear, Maraschino Cherry, and a slice of lime.
After dinner the guests took to the dance floor to dance the night away!
The night concluded with a picturesque sparkler sendoff and the newlyweds leaving in a vintage Rolls Royce.
