Jessica and Logan, who met while walking to an ASU football game, were married on March 13, 2021.
Jessica dazzled in an off-the-shoulder fit-and-flare lace gown with a jeweled belt detail, a sweetheart neckline, and a train. Her accessories included drop earrings and a hip-length veil. Her bouquet was composed of of roses and other flowers in shades of ivory and pale pink. Her five bridesmaids wore coordinating full-length navy dresses. They carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Logan wore a navy blue suit with a white shirt, pale yellow vest, pale yellow tie, white pocket square and rose boutonniere. His six groomsmen wore navy blue suits with white shirts, navy blue vests, white ties, and white pocket squares, and rose boutonnieres.
In the outdoor ceremony, Jessica promised to be Logan’s best friend until the end of time. Logan said that Jessica has always been his best friend. The couple performed a wine ceremony to signify their new union.
Later, guests enjoyed a meal of classic Caesar salad with tomatoes, fresh Romano cheese, house-made dressing and a Parmesan crisp; twice-baked potatoes; tortellini primavera; flatiron steak with chimichurri sauce; and caprese chicken with fresh buffalo mozzarella, grilled artichoke hearts, tomatoes, basil, and a balsamic glaze. The signature cocktails were Moscow mules and mojitos.
There were a variety of wedding favors, including hand sanitizer, holy water, necklaces, cactuses, and key charms. There were also flip-flops available for dancing.
Several people gave toasts at the wedding, including the bride’s godparents, the maid of honor, the best man, and the bride and groom.
Logan and Jessica’s first dance was to “Whatever It Is” by Zac Brown Band. The bride and her parents danced to “De Nina a Mujer” by Julio Iglesias and “Payaso de Rodeo” by Caballo Dorado. Logan and his parents danced to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts and “24K Magic” by Bruno Mars. The bridesmaids and groomsmen also did a flash mob dance.
Other wedding fun included a Polaroid guests book, a photobooth, a bouquet and garter toss, a money dance, and a shoe dance.
The three-tier wedding cake had a bottom layer done in navy blue with white dots; a gold middle layer, and a blue ombre top layer. It was decorated with flowers and an ornament with the couple’s first names.
Logan and Jessica left their wedding under the signature sparkler exit.
We wish the newlyweds a long and happy life together!
