From NAU To “I Do”: Grace and Eddie
College sweethearts Grace and Eddie tied the knot last October here at the Villa. Their wedding was a romantic affair draped in shades of red and covered in roses, hydrangeas, and carnations.
On the big day, the wedding party was dressed to the nines. The bridesmaids were lovely in maroon gowns of various styles. The groomsmen looked smart in their classic black tuxes. Eddie took his look to the next level with a classy black velvet suit. And of course, Grace was a stunning bride in her v-neck, a-frame gown with a full, ruffled skirt.
The lovebirds were married in the Plaza Toscana, which was decorated with red and white floral arrangements and a white aisle runner covered in flower petals. The ceremony was short, sweet, and traditional, complete with a prayer after the newlyweds said “I do.” As soon as Grace and Eddie were officially husband and wife (hooray!), it was time to head inside for an incredible reception.
The New Mr. and Mrs. Parra kicked off the evening by sharing a dance to “Baby I’m Yours” by the Arctic Monkeys. Guests found their seats and settled into a delicious dinner of caesar salad, chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and parmesan, braised beef short ribs, potatoes au gratin, and tortellini primavera — yum!
After dinner, there was plenty for guests to do, from tearing up the dance floor to writing marriage advice on special cards for the couple. Everyone had a wonderful night, and it was clear that Eddie and Grace are a couple meant to last forever.
