Becki and Mike, who had a small ceremony the previous year, celebrated with family and friends and reaffirmed their love on June 6, 2021.
Becki chose a romantic sleeveless fit-and-flare gown with a scoop back, embroidery, lace, and a train. Her accessories included hoop earrings and sparkly flats. Her bouquet was composed of a variety of flowers in shades of white, pink, and lavender. Her five bridesmaids wore coordinating halter-neck, full-length, light blue dresses. They carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Mike wore a classic black tuxedo with a black vest, white shirt, black bow tie, white pocket square, and succulent boutonniere. His five groomsmen wore black suits with white shirts, light blue bow ties, and succulent boutonnieres.
After the couple renewed their vows in an indoor ceremony, guests sat down to a buffet-style meal of Caesar salad, mascarpone sun-dried tomato ravoli, green beans with slivered almonds, and beef tenderloin with cognac cream sauce and horseradish aioli.
The wedding favors were personalized wine glasses filled with chocolates.
Several people gave toasts to the couple, including the best man, the maid of honor, the mother of the groom, and the father of the bride.
Becki and Mike’s first dance was to “I Won’t Give Up” by Jason Mraz. Becki and her father danced to “Butterfly Kisses” by Bob Carlisle. Mike and his mother danced to “Unforgettable” by Natalie Cole and Nat King Cole.
The three tier wedding cake had a center white layer with a pearl trim. The top and bottom layers were pale pink with white decoration. The cake was adorned with pink roses.
Mike and Becki left their special day under the signature sparkler send-off.
