Mariana & Jack ~ October 23, 2021

Mariana and Jack were wed on October 23, 2021.

Mariana looked radiant in an off-the-shoulder sheath gown with embroidery and crystal detailing, corset-style back, and a train. Her accessories included a crystal bracelet and a hip-length veil. Her bouquet was composed of roses, lilies, and other blooms. Her bridesmaids wore coordinating burgundy full-length dresses in a variety of silhouettes. They carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet.

Jack wore a black suit with a white shirt, white bow tie, and mini bouquet boutonniere. His groomsmen wore black suits with white shirts, black bow ties, and white rose boutonnieres.

After a traditional ceremony outdoors, guests sat down to a meal of mixed-greens salad with julienned carrots, pear tomatoes, house vinaigrette dressing, and a Parmesan cheese crisp; flatiron steak with green chimichurri sauce; sauteed chicken breast in a silky mushroom sauce and Marsala wine reduction; herb-roasted red potatoes seasoned with fresh herbs and olive oil; and sweet ginger glazed carrots. Later in the evening, there was a taco truck on-site.

During the speeches, the bride’s parents spoke, as did the best man (Jack’s brother) and the matron of honor (Mariana’s sister).

Jack and Mariana’s first dance as man and wife was to “Stand By Me” by Ben King. Mariana and her father danced to “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong. Jack and his mother danced to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts. Mariana and her grandfather danced to “Nereidas” by Los Mejores Danzones de Mexico.

The two-tier white wedding cake was accompanied by a table full of pastries.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
