Lina and Blaze: In Love and Ready to Party
At Villa Siena, we love helping couples bring their dream weddings to life. For some, that means creating the perfect ceremony and reception — but others want to come here just for the party.
That was the case with Lina and Blaze, who had their reception here back in March. This lovely couple and their nearest and dearest came to the Villa after their wedding ceremony so they could kick up their heels and celebrate their love.
The couple opted for a fun color palette of pink, yellow, orange, and gold. When they arrived, our reception hall was decorated with crisp white linens and tall floral centerpieces that added to the elegant feel of the evening. The bridal party was dressed beautifully. The bridesmaids wore shimmery gowns in champagne gold. Blaze and his groomsmen looked sharp in their classic black suits. Lina was stunning in her form-fitting white gown, which featured a sweetheart neckline, lace detailing, and a gorgeous long veil for extra drama.
Lina and Blaze started the reception by dancing to “The Promise” by When In Rome. Then, Blaze and his mother danced to “Simple Man” by Lynard Skynard. Finally, everyone took their seats for dinner and speeches from the best man and maid of honor.
For dinner, guests were served caesar salad, sauteed chicken breast in mushroom marsala sauce, beef tenderloin with cognac sauce and horseradish aioli, creamy mashed potatoes, and tortellini primavera. For dessert, there was a tasty white cake and plenty of sweets from Honeymoon Sweets. Before long, guests were stuffed and satisfied — but the party was just starting.
Lina, Blaze, and their guests spent the evening on the dance floor. They played games like the bouquet and garter toss, and even started up a conga line during the night! This reception was certainly full of joy and fun, and we know it is one that our newlyweds and their loved ones will never forget.
