When Kensi and Josh met around the age of 7, they had no idea they’d met their future spouse, but on March 21, 2022, they tied the knot.
Kensi chose a romantic A-line gown with cap lace sleeves, an embellished bodice, cutout back, and a skirt with a train. She accessorized with a jeweled headband, ear cuffs, and an infinity necklace. Her bouquet was composed of blooms in shades of ivory and pink, with thistles, eucalyptus, and other botanical accents. Her two bridesmaids wore matching sleeveless navy blue dresses. They carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Josh got married in a light gray suit with a light gray vest, white shirt, light blue tie, and rose boutonniere. His two groomsmen wore light gray suits with light gray vests, white shirts, navy blue ties, and rose boutonnieres.
Josh’s cousin officiated the outdoor ceremony in which the couple read personal vows to each other.
Next, guests enjoyed an Italian meal from Salerno’s. The signature cocktails were a rum and Coke for the groom and margaritas for the bride.
The wedding favors were candles, and personal touches included a specially engraved card box and a memory table with photos of departed family members.
Toasts were given by the best man and the maid of honor.
Josh and Kelsi’s first dance as man and wife was to “In My Arms,” which Kelsi and her father also danced to. Josh and his mother danced to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts. The anniversary dance song was “Remember When” by Alan Jackson.
The two-tier white wedding cake was decorated with roses and greenery and topped with figurines of Kelsi and Josh.
We wish them all the best in their new marriage!
