A Bumble Dream Come True
Emily and David joined us for a fabulous April wedding and showed everyone at Villa Siena that Bumble dreams really can come true! This wedding was magical from start to finish, and the green and white color scheme really brought that springtime romance to life. The bridesmaids were stunning in their sage, halterneck dresses, but Emily was truly a sight to behold. The long sleeves, the sparkly details, the train — every element was perfection, and she looked every bit the perfect bride.
Right from the beginning, guests were welcomed with photos of the couple and adorable wooden touches before the ceremony even began. On a sunny day, the breathtaking outdoor ceremony was capped off by the sand unity ritual, letting all of their friends and family see them blending their lives together.
The reception was elegant all the way through, and we loved the classic three-tiered cake, beautifully offset by the white flowers and greenery. Against the backdrop of stunning Italian architecture and beautiful chandeliers, the first dance was definitely a fairy-tale moment. Even the food was special, showing that a gluten-free menu could be a huge crowd-pleaser — from the filet mignon to the grilled salmon. But one highlight of the reception had to be the father of the bride’s speech, who shared with guests that although he missed his daughter, he knew what good hands she was in. It was such a meaningful, touching way to wish them joy in their new marriage.
All of the guests were able to witness an incredible day of romance and commitment, and the favors allowed them to take a bit of that home with them. They were given paper hearts complete with seeds ready to be planted — and we’re sure that Emily and David’s life will also continue to bloom and bloom.
