A Lifelong Connection for Chloe and Ryan
Some romances are a lifetime in the making — and we’re so glad Chloe and Ryan decided to join us to celebrate their lifelong connection! The pair met when they were only in 7th grade, but reconnected in college. And their April wedding was a chic and sophisticated affair, full of heartfelt moments and brimming with romance.
Chloe’s lace long-sleeve dress was the definition of elegance, as was Ryan’s all-black choice. We loved that the couple also went with black velvet dresses for the bridesmaids, it was such an unusual choice that really set the event off on a sleek and stylish note. Plus, the black outfits and Chloe’s lace really let the warm and romantic dusty hues of the bouquets stand out. Every element of the ceremony, from the quartet to the communion ceremony, felt like it had a little twist of glamor and magic. (And the “unplugged ceremony” sign was a lovely touch that made sure everyone was living in the moment!)
That twist of magic continued all the way into the reception. With speeches from the father of the bride, the best man, and the maid of honor, it was clear the guests had nothing but love and warm wishes for the pair — and were full of joy that they had each found “their person”. When the party kicked off, the shoe game was definitely a moment to remember, as was the bouquet toss. As the couple finally said goodnight with a spectacular sparkler exit (and the guests gathered their adorable heart-shaped cookie cutters), an amazing celebration finally came to a close. From 7th grade to now, it’s been a long journey — and we can’t wait to see where their lives take them!
