Sunflowers And Sweetness For Kamryn and Jake
Kamryn and Jake joined us for a beautiful celebration — with a white, blue, and green color scheme bringing a little ray of sunshine into the Villa! Kamryn was a fairytale bride in her ballgown dress, and we loved Jake’s sophisticated choice of a khaki suit with a floral tie. The whole day felt lovely, youthful, and joyous, including the bridesmaids’ aqua dresses that brought everyone a smile!
The ceremony was lovely and personal, with the groom’s father officiating. The couple exchanged personal vows, which is always a beautiful touch, and exchanged rings before the reception began. It was an LDS come-and-go reception, and it was clear to all of the guests that this couple’s foundation is built on family and faith. They even had cardboard cutouts of their siblings who were out on missions for the church, just to show how much those family connections mean to them.
The guests had a great time with a delicious buffet of brisket with mashed potatoes and all the trimmings, as well as Martinelli’s apple cider! But the treats didn’t stop there — there was a gorgeous, 3-tiered cake decorated with sunflowers, adding yet another pop of happiness to the day, and even a milkshake bar. That was definitely a crowd-pleaser!
There were plenty of memories made during this celebration — from Kamryn and Jake’s first dance to “Blessings’ ‘ by Florida Georgia Line to the sparkler exit, it was a time to remember. Kamryn and Jake are setting out on a lifetime of love and commitment — and we wish them all the best!
