A Starbucks coffee date led to true love for Esmeralda and Rigo, who were married on February 8, 2024.
Esmeralda dazzled in a long-sleeved fit-and-flare gown with illusion sleeves and an illusion back, button-down back detail and a long skirt with a train. Her bouquet was composed of ivory roses. Her seven bridesmaids wore individual champagne-colored dresses.
Rigo got married in a black tuxedo with a black shirt, black bow tie, white pocket square and rose boutonniere. His six groomsmen wore classic black tuxedos with white shirts and black bow ties.
After an outdoor ceremony that included readings from the Bible, guests dined on a meal of classic Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and house-made dressing; caprese chicken with fresh mozzarella, grilled artichokes and roasted peppers; green beans with almonds and butter; and tortellini. The wedding favors were little boxes of chocolates, and there was a coffee bar as well.
The best man, maid of honor, and parents all gave toasts to the newlyweds.
The couple’s first dance was to “’Til Death Do Us Part” by Brian Nhira. Esmeralda and her father danced to “Tu Sangre en mi Cuerpo” by Angela Aguilar and Pepe Aguilar. Rigo and his mother danced to “Como Te Pago” by Lenier.
Other wedding activities included a photobooth and live violin music.
The three-tier square white wedding cake was decorated with white roses. It was topped with an ornament bearing the couple’s last name.
Congratulations to this gorgeous couple!
