A chance meeting on an airplane led to true love for Paige and Carlos, who married on March 24, 2024.
Paige looked radiant in a strapless fit-and-flare gown with a sweetheart neckline, embroidered and beaded bodice and a train. Her accessories included drop earrings and a full-length veil. She carried a bouquet of white roses with botanical accents. Her eight bridesmaids wore individual full-length burgundy dresses. They carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Carlos wore a burgundy jacket, black trousers, burgundy vest, black shirt, black tie and mini bouquet boutonniere. His eight groomsmen wore black suits with white shirts, burgundy ties, burgundy pocket squares and mini bouquet boutonnieres.
During the ceremony, the couple exchanged boxes of letters they wrote for each other.
Later, guests enjoyed a meal of classic Caesar salad with a Parmesan cheese crisp; fresh green beans with slivered almonds and butter; potatoes au gratin with Gruyere and mozzarella; and caprese chicken with fresh buffalo mozzarella.
In the toasts, the maid of honor, the bride’s best friend, talked about the newlyweds’ relationship. The best man, the groom’s brother, said Carlos showed him what true love is like. The father of the bride talked about the couple’s journey.
Carlos and Paige’s first dance as man and wife was to “Colour My World” by Chicago. Paige and her father danced to “The Chord” by Kimberly and Alberto Rivera. Carlos and his mother danced to “Zeta” by Jquintel.
The three-tier wedding cake had pearl buttercream borders on the top and bottom. It was topped with an ornament bearing the couple’s last name.
We wish the newlyweds all the best!
