Lauren and Brian were wed on March 28, 2024.
Lauren looked beautiful in an off-the-shoulder gown with a V neckline and a train. Her accessories included a hip-length veil. Her cascade-style bouquet was composed of pink and white flowers. Her two bridesmaids wore matching full-length blue dresses. They carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Brian got married in a gray suit with a gray vest, white shirt, blue tie, blue pocket square and mini bouquet boutonniere. His best man dressed to match him.
In the ceremony, the officiant spoke about bringing Christ into a marriage, saying that marriage is supposed to be holy and happy.
Next, guests dined outside on chicken with lemon; two types of pasta (red sauce and white sauce); Caesar salad; house salad; and garlic bread.
During the speeches, the father of the bride spoke about how he loved watching his daughter grow up; the bride’s brother talked about their years growing up together; and the father of the groom said that he looked forward to the years ahead with the couple.
The newlyweds’ first dance was to “I Choose You” by Forest Blakk. Lauren and her father danced to “My Little Girl” by Tim McGraw.
The two-tier white wedding cake was decorated with flowers and topped with a bride and groom and “Mr. and Mrs.” ornaments.
