June 9, 2012 was filled with bright skies and blooms bursting at Villa Siena. While the outdoors was alive with color, the interior was full of beauty and the sweet smiles of love. Jacquelyn and Justin chose to be married in Villa’s Chianciano Banquet Hall. Set amid barrel vaulted ceilings, hand scraped mahogany floors and antique lighting fixtures, this hall is the epitome of ancient regality. Guests were seated in rows edged with red roses. A centerpiece of red and white roses adorned our hand-carved stone fireplace. The groom wore a black tuxedo with white shirt and white tie and didn’t appear to have any nerves as he waited for his bride to meet him. Justin looked handsome and calm while all eyes were on him. Then the bridesmaids made their entrance wearing knee-length black dresses with a slight ruffle at the bottom. Their red rose bouquets tied in the red, white and black color scheme of the day. The guests readied for the bride’s entrance and Jacquelyn didn’t disappoint. Her strapless gown with lace detailing was fitted to the bodice before the skirt flowed out. Lacing up the back finished the dress. Jacquelyn chose a white rose bouquet that didn’t distract from her look. Her hair was swept to one side with curls coming down and a crystal headpiece. A chain held a heart around her neck and worked perfectly with the sweetheart neckline of the gown, while simple drop earrings accented the look. Happiness is not the word to describe this couple, what they were experiencing was more than that; they looked like two best friends ready to share the future together. The couple chose a sand ceremony to symbolize the merging of two lives, while having different colors of sand showed the individuality of each. As the ceremony concluded and the couple took their walk down the aisle as husband and wife guests tossed red rose petals in the air. To mark the occasion in ink, a personalized engraved guest book was left for thoughts and comments from guests. After congratulations were given and the celebration concluded, guests again lined up to wish the couple farewell. With the love and support of all around them, the couple embarked on their shared journey through life. Congratulations, Jacquelyn and Justin, we wish you the best.
