Christina & Marcos ~ November 10, 2014

November 10, 2014 Christina and Marcos and their four children officially became a family. Throughout their wedding day the children played important roles in the wedding ceremony. To begin with, her son, who was quite the gentleman, walked Christina down the aisle. Then, during the sand ceremony, each of the four children was given their own sand to pour with the bride and groom into a single container bringing their lives symbolically together. Afterwards photographs with the family were taken.

The ceremony took place indoors where a fire burned in the fireplace and white petals lined the aisle. Only the couple’s closest friends and family were invited.  Christina glowed as she wore a dress by Mary’s. The dress elegantly combined white rouching with a black accent belt. The bride added her own whimsical notes to the ensemble with a flower fascinator, which was pinned into her up-do, and strappy black satin heels. For a bouquet, shades of red, pink and orange were brought together with roses. The groom wore a black tuxedo with black tie and white shirt finished with Converse Sneakers. The bridesmaids wore black knee-length dresses by David’s Bridal. The bride and groom led the recessional as the remix of John Legend’s All of Me played.

Guests were encouraged to sign a photo mat, which replaced a traditional guest sign-in book. After the ceremony, all the guests, not just family, were invited to take pictures with the bride and groom, a wonderful way to remember all of those most important in your life.

Afterwards the bride, groom and guests adjourned to Grimaldi’s for lunch. Congratulations Christina and Marcos. May the playfulness between you make you smile each and every day of your lives. We wish you the best.
