Sometimes the most petite brides emit the greatest spark. Gia was one of those brides whose energy, enthusiasm and smiles were contagious throughout her wedding day April 19, 2014. The couple came together to celebrate their wedding at Villa Siena. For the ceremony and reception, Gia wore a strapless gown with fitted lace bodice, beaded belt and a ruffled skirt. In back, the ruffles twirled together like the white roses of her bridal bouquet. By her side were her bridesmaids in cream colored gowns with a single should strap. The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet. The bride’s shoes were silver with bows encrusted in crystals.
Brett wore a classic black tuxedo with bowtie. The groomsmen also wore black tuxedos with black bowties.
As guests arrived at the Villa they were welcomed with a glass of champagne. They were then escorted to their seats as their attention focused on the altar decorated with candles and flowers. The ceremony was filled with smiles and tender emotions. After the ceremony, guests adjourned inside for the reception. For dinner, guests were seated at tables with sequined tablecloths.
During the reception, Gia’s father talked about how beautiful his daughter is before welcoming everyone who attended the couple’s wedding day. He then toasted all of the guests.
The couple’s first dance was to Ray LaMontagne’s You Are The Best Thing followed by the mother/son dance to Somewhere Over the Rainbow. The father/daughter dance finished the couples’ dances with The Way You Look Tonight.
The wedding cake was served between laughter and conversation. Four tiers of wedding cake were detailed with beads and stripes. Mini champagne bottles were given as favors.
Congratulations Gia and Brett. May you always be reminded that you are the best thing in each other’s lives. We wish you the best.
