Alexis and Dylan has their first date at Mastro’s City Hall on January 15, 2015, and were married on Saturday, June 18, 2016.
Alexis modeled a strapless, Enzoani wedding gown with a jewel-encrusted bodice and tulle ballgown skirt. A sheer, extending veil was pinned in her lengthy brunette hair, and she clutched a posy bouquet of red roses – as did her three bridesmaids. Each bridesmaid also wore a solid black, semi-sweetheart cut sheath gown.
Dylan donned a two-piece black suit with a white dress shirt and black necktie, all accented by a solid red rose. His own three groomsmen matched his ensemble.
During the indoor wedding ceremony, the officiant talked about the meaning of love and marriage, Dylan expressed how he loves that Alexis always put the relationship first, and loves that she doesn’t like football so he can relax alone while she’s doing her nails or watching Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Dinner included Napa Valley and Misto salads, plus pastas complete with spicy Alfredo, lemon chicken, and marinara sauce. The three-tiered wedding cake came with elegant white details, and an “A&D” on the top tier – and all topped with a cluster of fondant roses.
During toasts, the Father of the Bride talked about when he met Dylan, and how he immediately liked him. The Maid of Honor has known Alexis since middle school, and expressed how happy she is for the two and their strong love for each other. Another bridesmaid talked about how in love Alexis is with Dylan, and how happy she is for the two of them. Another bridesmaid was Dylan’s sister, and toasted the happy couple.
The Best Man sees Dylan as a brother, is very proud of the two, and is so happy for them. Another groomsmen is the bride’s cousin, and talked about when he first heard of Dylan. He Instagram stalked him and found out Dylan was a Seahawks fan and didn’t like that, but when he met him, he realized what a great man he is for Alexis. Another groomsman is Dylan’s younger brother, who said it’s amazing to see his brother so happy with Alexis. Dylan’s cousin also spoke, congratulating Dylan and Alexis.
Alexis and Dylan’s First Dance was to “Never Stop” by Safety Suit, followed by a Father/Daughter Dance, and a Groom/Grandmother Dance.
Guests were also treated to black and white boxes of Hershey’s Kisses and almonds as a thank you. Congratulations to Alexis and Dylan, and enjoy your honeymoon in Iceland.
