Fausto and Alexis became man and wife on February 10, 2017.
Alexis chose a romantic gown with a lace bodice, off-the-shoulder neckline and elbow-length lace sleeves. She accessorized with a full-length, lace-edged veil, a double-strand pearl necklace, and pearl earrings and bracelet. Her bouquet featured peonies and roses in shades of white and pink. Her three bridesmaids wore individual floor-length gowns in different shades of blush pink, and carried white-and-pink bouquets.
Fausto sported a traditional tuxedo with a white shirt and bowtie and a rose boutonniere. His four groomsmen wore tuxedos with white shirts, black bowties, and rose boutonnieres.
Alexis walked down an aisle lined with white rose petals and white candles in glass vases. During the ceremony, the officiant told Alexis and Fausto that the relationship between a husband and wife is one of everlasting forgiveness and love. The newlyweds lit a unity candle together to signify the joining of their lives together.
At the reception, guests enjoyed a meal that began with a salad of mixed greens with goat cheese crumbles, spiced pecans, pomegranate seeds, sliced oranges and balsamic dressing. The main courses were grilled salmon with lemon dill beurre blanc, crème fraiche, and caviar; and beef tenderloin medallions with cognac cream sauce.
During the speeches, Fausto’s best man congratulated his friend on finding a woman he could open up to and spend the rest of his life with.
The all-white wedding cake featured tiers of white cake, red velvet, and strawberry, decorated with a cascading flower design.
We wish Alexis and Fausto a long and beautiful life together!
