Classic Elegance with a Modern Feel For Alicia and Josue’s Big Day
At Villa Siena, we love an elegant wedding — and Alicia and Josue nailed winter romance in every single detail of their big day. The black and whites of the day were beautifully offset with deep reds and wines, with touches of greenery keeping a soft romance. But the star of the show was Alicia. That dress was perfection, with intricate detailing on the train, the deep-v front, and a stunning use of lace — she was every bit the classic bride with modern twists. Josue was looking confident and dashing in his black and white suit, and the long bridesmaids’ dresses in a rich, deep wine color brought the whole party together. Plus, having Josue’s brother officiating made the ceremony even more special!
That same modern elegance came through in the reception. We loved their dramatic centerpieces and the 4-tiered chocolate and vanilla cake definitely had everyone talking. But it was the heartfelt toasts that really stood out for us — the fathers of the bride and groom, along with the bride’s sister and the groom’s brother all took the time to share their love and how they’ve supported one another through their toughest times. It was a great reminder of what family is really about, as we watched Alicia and Josue embark on the next phase of their lives together.
The night was such a blur of fun details — like those signature cocktails named after their dogs! — and of all the Arizona wedding venues they could have chosen, we’re so glad that they brought their friends and family together with us. If their marriage is half as fun as their wedding, they’re in for an incredible ride!
