April and Frank met when they attended hair school together. They couple was married March 20, 2014 at Villa Siena. The color scheme for the wedding was classic black and white. Just as classically beautiful was the couple. April wore a strapless wedding gown with beaded detailing and full skirt, headband and veil with blusher, and silver strappy crystal shoes. She carried a bouquet of white roses. Frank wore a black tuxedo with a black paisley patterned tie, black vest and white boutonnière.
On the altar, white candles burned around a cross.
To announce the start of the wedding, the couple’s nephew walked down the aisle carrying a sign that read ‘Uncle Frank, here comes your bride.’ Instead of having the couple light their unity candle, the candle was lit by the bride and groom’s mothers, bringing together not just the couple, but also the two families.
The best man, matron of honor and father of the bride all gave speeches. For the first dance, the couple danced a choreographed routine to a mix of music that started with Time of My Life and ended with New York. Afterwards April and her father danced to Daddy’s Angel by T Carter Music. Frank and his mother followed with a mother/son dance to Simple Man by Lynard Skynard.
Throughout the night, as guests clinked their glasses the DJ chose a random couple to kiss. A photo booth was also available for guests.
The wedding cake was three tiers of deliciousness. Guests indulged in a dessert bar, with Oreos and homemade Italian cookies.
Favors were a personalized bottle of olive oil from the bride and groom.
Congratulations April and Frank. May March 20, 2014 be the first day in a lifetime of days filled with abundance and joy. We wish you the best.
