Ashley & Zach ~ January 10, 2016

The bride donned a lace-textured, modified A-line cut dress, with a Semi sweetheart neckline, covered in parts with spirals of her golden-blonde hair. She held a bouquet of overflowing red flowers. Her shoes wear sensible white heels impressed with colorful beads.

The six bridesmaids were adorned in navy mismatched dresses while holding bouquets of bright white orchids. An imaginative group, the bridal party entered to a bit of the soundtrack from “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey” by Howard Shore.

The groom and groomsmen sported charcoal-gray three-piece suits accented with a red rose in the lapel.

Guests enjoyed buffet from Babbo Italian Eatery, starting with Caesar salad and moving on to chicken marinara and Italian sausage with penne and fusilli pasta. Dessert included cookies made to resemble some favorite emoji’s, and of course, the beautiful wedding cake.

Ashley and Zach’s intricate wedding cake – topped by ceramic newlyweds resembling the bride and groom – was one tier and beautifully detailed with white frosting flowers. The display was surrounded by red rose petals, strings of pearls, and tea candles. This romantic theme was found also in each one of the centerpieces, which were handmade by the bride.

Tim McGraw was in heavy rotation during the reception, which was held at Villa Siena. Ashley and Zach’s first dance was to “It’s Your Love,” while the anticipated Father Daughter dance was to “My Little Girl.” The Mother Son dance was set to the touching, “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)” by Green Day.

Memorable toasts were made during the reception. Zach’s oldest brother and Best Man Eric gave a funny but sincere story about he and the groom growing closer as brothers, while the Matron of Honor Carly told of how she met Ashley, and how lucky Zach is to have her.

Ashley’s Maid of Honor Tabatha recounted how happy she was the couple had found each other.

We’re happy Ashley and Zach found each other, too. Best wishes to the new couple.
