Patrick and Brooklyn, who met through a dating app, became man and wife on May 30, 2019.
Brooklyn looked gorgeous in a gown with an intricately embellished short-sleeved top and a flowing skirt. Her accessories included a jeweled headband and a full-length veil. Her large bouquet was composed of flowers in shades of white, tan, and yellow, plus succulents and other botanical accents.
Her six bridesmaids wore individual dresses in different shades of green, and carried hoops wrapped with vines and white flowers.
Patrick got married in a tan jacket with taupe trousers, a white shirt, and a tan bow tie. His five groomsmen wore taupe trousers, white shirts, taupe suspenders, and taupe bow ties.
After being married at the LDS temple, Brooklyn and Patrick had another small ceremony. Brooklyn told Patrick that she was still in awe that he chose her. Patrick told Brooklyn that he knew she was the one the first time he saw her.
Inside, guests sat down to a buffet dinner that included spinach berry salad, grilled chicken, Italian sausage and shrimp, and garlic knots. There was also a gelato cart and an Italian soda bar.
During the speeches, the bride’s father said that good choices lead to good outcomes. The mother of the groom spoke about how Patrick is a naturally protective person. Brooklyn’s sister told stories from their childhood. The groom’s brother said that Patrick has been a great younger brother.
Brooklyn and Patrick’s first dance was to “At Last” performed by Beyonce. Brooklyn and her father danced to “Butterfly Kisses” by Bob Carlisle. Patrick and his mother danced to “Don’t Blink” by Kenny Chesney.
The wedding cake was a small naked cake topped with a large flower. There was also a dessert table with cupcakes and cookies for the guests.
Patrick and Brooklyn left their special day under the signature sparkler send-off.
