Candace and Justin met at the gym, and later married on Saturday, February 6, 2016.
Candace wore a unique, mermaid-hem gown with a sweetheart neckline – her floor-length skirt and veil flowing behind her throughout the evening. She and her seven bridesmaids held bouquets of pink and white roses – the bridesmaids were donned in flowing, deep navy gowns.
Justin and his seven groomsmen also wore solid navy in the style of fitted suits. Each member donned stylish brown shoes, neckties, and pocket squares – the groom pinned by a pink rose on his lapel. Only the fathers of the bride and groom wore grey suits.
Candace and Justin were married with a rose ceremony before the outdoor fireplace, surrounded by family, friends, and soft pink rose petals. The ceremony ended with a group selfie.
A buffet-style dinner served carved prime rib and rotisserie chicken with Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, and green chili potpie. The wedding cake consisted of three, white round tiers, adorned with white and navy fondant flowers.
During his toast, the Best Man expressed Candace and Justin to be a beautiful couple, and thanked everyone for coming. Julie, the Maid of Honor who Candace met when 5 in dance class, also gave a sincere toast. The Father of the Groom also spoke, and wanted to acknowledge Candace’s mother and brother.
Candace and Justin’s first dance was to “Like I’m Gonna Lose You” by Meghan Trainor. The Father/Daughter Dance was to “The Way You Look Tonight” by Frank Sinatra, while the Mother/Son Dance was to “A Song For Mama” by Boyz II Men.
The reception also featured a photobooth, a choreographed father and daughter dance, and cups and coasters throughout the event with “Candace & Justin <3 Feb 6, 2016” on them. Best wishes to the newlyweds, Candace and Justin.
