Candice and Steve’s September wedding was the epitome of all the elegance and romance we’ve come to love about fall weddings. The couple chose a color scheme of baby pink, white, and maroon. Our indoor wedding venue, La Stanza Chianciano, was decorated with a white aisle runner and heaps of cream and baby pink rose petals, which only made the bridesmaids’ maroon gowns stand out even more.
As the ceremony began, Steve and his groomsmen (looking smart in their black suits and ties) took their place at the altar and waited excitedly for the bride. After 4 adorable flower girls and one precious ring bearer, she appeared: Candice, looking stunning in a sheath-style gown with a long-sleeved lace bodice, flowing skirt, and dramatic veil. The couple had a sweet, traditional ceremony, exchanging vows and rings before sealing their union with a kiss. Then, guests moved into the reception hall and took their seats for a night of fun and entertainment.
Candice and Steve kicked off the reception by dancing to Darius Rucker’s “Wagon Wheel.” Then, they thanked their guests for coming and settled down to enjoy their dinner. Everyone had a delicious buffet-style meal, which featured a mixed green salad, prime rib, Atlantic salmon, mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetables. During the reception, guests were treated to a performance by professional samba dancers, and they also documented this special occasion with pictures from a photo booth.
Throughout the evening, you could hear guests and the wedding party laughing, chatting, and enjoying themselves. But of course, no two people looked happier than our newlyweds, who were starting a new (and clearly a very happy) chapter in their beautiful love story.
