Cassie & Ross ~ February 19, 2022

Ross and Cassie’s love story has taken them from West Virginia, where they met; Italy, where they got engaged; and now Arizona, where they were married on February 19, 2022.

Cassie looked incredible in an elegant A-line sleeveless gown with spaghetti straps, bodice embellished with crystals and embroidery, button-down back, and a simple white skirt. She accessorized with drop earrings and a full-length veil . Her multicolored bouquet was composed of roses, thistles, dahlias, and other flowers accented with several types of greenery. Her six bridesmaids wore individual dusty rose-colored full-length dresses. They carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.

Ross got married in a navy blue suit with a navy vest, white shirt, navy floral tie, navy floral pocket square, and red rose boutonniere. His seven groomsmen wore navy blue suits with white shirts, navy floral ties, and navy floral pocket squares.

Other than the newlyweds, the star of the ceremony was the couple’s goldendoodle, Baloo, who wore his own little tuxedo and acted as the ringbearer. Ross and Cassie recited their vows to each other privately after the ceremony.

Next, guests dined on a salad with tomatoes, mozzarella, cucumbers, and balsamic dressing; Parmesan risotto; ginger-glazed carrots; baked Dover sole stuffed with spinach and cheese topped with pomodoro sauce; and grilled chicken with peppers. There was a late-night snack of sliders and fries, and the signature cocktail was a prickly pear margarita.

During the toasts, the maid of honor (the bride’s cousin) and the best man (the groom’s brother) spoke. The newlyweds also thanked their guests for coming.

Ross and Cassie’s first dance as man and wife was to “My Person” by Spencer Crandall. Cassie and her father danced to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts, and Ross and his mother danced to “Don’t Blink” by Kenny Chesney.

The wedding cake was a one-tier white creation done in a naked frosting look adorned with flowers. There were cupcakes in multiple flavors for the guests.

We wish Cassie and Ross a long and beautiful life together!
