Adam and Chelsie, who started out as co-workers, became man and wife on January 11, 2020.
Chelsie selected an elegant sleeveless gown with spaghetti straps, V neckline, plunging back with back button detail, lace bodice, and embellished overlay with a train. Her accessories included stud earrings and a pendant necklace. Her bouquet was composed of roses in shades of burgundy, ivory, and blush pink and assorted greenery. Her three bridesmaids wore matching full-length burgundy dresses with deep V necklines. They carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet. Her bridesman wore a dark blue suit with a burgundy tie, white shirt, and white rose boutonniere.
Adam got married in a dark blue suit with a dark blue vest, white shirt, burgundy tie, white pocket square, and white rose boutonniere. His groomsmen wore dark blue suits with white shirts, burgundy ties, and white rose boutonnieres.
The couple were married by a longtime friend of theirs, who referred to them by their gamer tags and used humor to keep the ceremony light and upbeat. Chelsie and Adam read personal vows to each other.
Inside at the reception, guests dine on a classic Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, pear tomatoes, Romano cheese, house-made dressing, and a Parmesan crisp; seasonal mix of fresh steam vegetables; creamy mashed potatoes with cream, mozzarella, sour cream, and butter; braised beef short ribs slow-cooked with vegetables, herbs, and wine; and grilled Atlantic salmon with hollandaise and lemon beurre blanc sauce and topped with crème fraiche and sturgeon caviar.
During the speeches, the maid of honor, the bride’s best friend, shared memories of her and Chelsie being there for each other in good times and bad, and extended her best wishes to the couple. The best man, Adam’s best friend, talked about how they like to go to concerts together and joked about how the longer they’re friends and the older they get, the closer they are.
The newlyweds’ first dance was to “Into the Mystic” by Van Morrison. Chelsie and her mother danced to “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong. Adam and his mother danced to “Just the Way You Are” by Billy Joel. Other wedding fun included a photobooth and the shoe game.
The three-tier wedding cake was done in white frosting with a naked look. It was adorned with small groupings of roses in various colors and was topped with a Precious Moments bride and groom cake topper.
We wish this beautiful couple all the best in their new marriage!
