It was an elegant black-tie event on September 15, 2019 when Christina and Mykel became husband and wife.
Christina was breath-taking in her lace A-line gown. She added to her look with a long veil and beautiful drop earrings. Her round bouquet was a mix of white peonies and white and blush roses.
The 8 bridesmaids looked fierce in black gowns with side slits. The ladies carried bouquets that were a smaller version of the brides.Her adorable flower girl wore a long white sleeveless dress. Mykel looked straight out of GQ Magazine in his black tuxedo. His seven groomsmen matched him in their tuxedos- looking sharp as well.
During their outdoor ceremony the couple exchanged their own vows. The officiant gave them advice and called them “the power of two”.
Once, the ceremony was done the guests moved into the ballroom that was decorated beautifully with greenery, peonies, and candles.
The newlyweds were celebrated with a dinner of cheese ravioli and spring mix salad. The love that everyone had for the couple was evident in the toasts given by the best man and maid of honor.
Mykel surprised Christina with his own dance to Ne;Yo’s Goodman. The new Mr. and Mrs. Jennings shared their first dance to Sunshine.
The couple traded the conventional wedding cake and had a variety of delicious cupcakes instead.
The smiles and love we saw were proof that Christina and Mykel were perfect for each other. Villa Siena was honored to be able to host such a wonderful event.
