Luis and Isabel became husband and wife on February 1, 2020.
Isabel chose a romantic trumpet gown with wide lace straps, embroidered bodice, and sweetheart neckline. Her bouquet included red and white roses along with other accent flowers and greenery. Her six bridesmaids wore dark red full-length sleeveless dress, and carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Luis looked handsome in a classic black tuxedo with a black vest, white shirt, black bow tie, white pocket square, and red rose boutonniere. His six groomsmen wore black tuxedos with dark red vests, white shirts, dark red bow ties, dark red pocket squares, and red rose boutonnieres.
The aisle was lined with white candles in jars during the indoor ceremony. The officiant asked Luis if he promised to take out the trash and pick clothes up off the floor, then jokingly asked the bride if she would promise to not get mad at Luis when he forgot to take out the trash and pick clothes up off the floor.
Attendees enjoyed a meal of caprese salad, colorful assorted vegetables, potatoes au gratin, grilled chicken filled with prosciutto and provolone cheese, and sliced beef tenderloin with cognac cream sauce and horseradish aioli.
The best man (Luis’s younger brother) and the maid of honor (Isabel’s best friend) gave speeches; the newlyweds also thanked all the guests for coming.
Isabel and Luis’s first dance was to “I Promise You” by Frankie J. Other reception fun included a “Who Is Most Likely To?” game, an anniversary dance, a bouquet and garter toss, and a dollar dance.
The three-tier white wedding cake was adorned with a cascade of flowers adorning it.
We wish the newlyweds all the best in their beautiful new life together!
