Shane and Isabel started as coworkers, but became man and wife on January 7, 2022.
Isabel chose an elegant sleeveless sheath gown with a train that was embellished with embroidery and beading. She accessorized with stacked bracelets, drop earrings, and a full-length veil. Her bouquet was primarily composed of red roses accented with other flowers and greenery. Her seven bridesmaids wore either flutter sleeve or sleeveless full-length maroon dresses. They carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Shane looked sharp in a blue suit with a blue vest, white shirt, black tie, white pocket square, and red rose boutonniere. His five groomsmen dressed to match him.
In the outdoor ceremony, the couple lit a unity candle to signify the joining of their lives.
Next, guests dined on mixed-greens salad with house vinaigrette dressing; creamy mashed potatoes; fresh steamed mixed vegetables; caprese chicken with buffalo mozzarella, grilled artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes, basil, and a balsamic glaze; and sliced beef tenderloin with cognac cream sauce and horseradish aioli. The wedding favors were Crumbl Cookies.
During the speeches, the best man talked about his friendship with the bride and groom and how happy he is for them. The maid of honor said how thankful she was for the bride and their friendship. Isabel’s father said that he always wanted the best for her, and that Shane is the best.
Isabel and Shane’s first dance was to “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley. Isabel and her father danced to “Wildflowers” by Tom Petty. She and her stepfather danced to “One Call Away” by Charlie Puth, and she and her mother danced to “Mama’s Song” by Carrie Underwood. Shane and his mother danced to “Simple Man” by Lynyrd Skynyrd.
Other wedding fun included a bouquet and garter toss, a photobooth, and a dollar dance.
The three-tier wedding cake had a bottom layer done in brushed gold and navy blue and middle and top layers done in white with brushed gold. It was decorated with red flowers and topped with an ornament bearing the couple’s last name.
Isabel and Shane left their wedding under the signature sparkler exit.
We wish them a long and happy life together!
