Jessica and Brandon, who met at the gym, were married on December 9, 2017.
Jessica wore a stunning classic strapless ball gown with a sweetheart neckline, embellished bodice, and a full tulle skirt. Her accessories included drop earrings and a beaded veil. Her bouquet included several types of flowers in various shades of purple. Her six bridesmaids wore matching short-sleeved, full length sparkly dark blue dresses, and carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Brandon looked sharp in a navy blue suit with a silver vest, white shirt, silver tie, white pocket square, and lavender-colored rose boutonniere. His six groomsmen wore navy blue suits with navy vests, white shirts, navy ties, white pocket squares, and lavender-colored rose boutonnieres.
Jessica’s father performed the ceremony.
Inside at the reception, guests dined o n a baby greens salad with mandarin oranges and berries, salmon with hollandaise sauce; flatiron steak; grilled vegetables; and twice-baked potatoes.
During the speeches, the maid of honor, the bride’s sister, said that Jessica makes her entire family better people. The best man thanked the bride’s parents for raising such a wonderful person and talked about how the groom is always willing to help others. The bride’s father talked about the importance of family traditions and making the home a safe place that the couple can always look forward to returning to.
Jessica and her father danced to “What a Wonderful World.” Brandon and his mother danced to “You Raise Me Up.”
The four-tier wedding cake featured two tiers done in white ruffle frosting, and two purple tiers with a jewel design. The cake was topped with purple flowers.
Brandon and Jessica honeymooned in the Maldives.
