A Wedding Filled with Holiday Cheer
Chris and Jessica’s December 1st wedding was a beautiful celebration of their love for one another — and the cheery Christmas-themed decor certainly put everyone in a great mood.
The colors for this wedding were red, green, and gold (obviously), with red and white roses and seasonal poinsettias decorating both the ceremony and reception space. The Piazza Toscana — our outdoor ceremony space — was beautifully decorated with garland, poinsettias, and white candles in gold candlesticks. A rich red aisle runner ran up the center of the space, which added to the holiday color palette and made the bridal party look like superstars on a red carpet!
Of course, the red carpet wasn’t the only thing that made Chris, Jessica, and their retinue look like superstars. Jessica was breathtaking in her lace mermaid gown. The off-the-shoulder neckline and delicate lace mock sleeves added a sweet, feminine touch, and her incredible cathedral veil brought a lot of style and flair. Her bridesmaids also looked lovely in their long, velvet green dresses (complete with a sexy, yet classy thigh-high slit). Chris, his groomsmen, and his ring bearer were all looking perfectly dapper in their black tuxedos and bowties (black for the groom and ring bearer, green for the groomsmen).
Chris’ grandfather officiated the wedding ceremony, and the couple wrote their own vows. Afterward, guests headed indoors for the reception. The reception room featured a memory table featuring photos of the couple’s grandparents and Chris’ late mother, as well as more garland, poinsettias, and NINE LIVE CHRISTMAS TREES!
Chris and Jessica shared their first dance to “Tennessee Whiskey” by Chris Stapleton, Jessica danced with her father to Julie Andrew’s rendition of “Beauty and the Beast,” and Chris and his grandmother danced to “Every Breath You Take” by Liza Anne. Guests sipped Moscow mules and dined on Ceasar salad, grilled Tuscan chicken, potatoes au gratin, and steamed veggies, as well as a three-tier chocolate cake with raspberry filling.
We hope that this beautiful couple had a very Merry Christmas and are enjoying married life in the new year!
