Kaela and Jaylon tied the knot on September 3, 2023.
Kaela dazzled in a drop-shoulder A-line dress with a sweetheart neckline, sheer embellished overlay, and a lace-trimmed train. Her accessories included a cross necklace and a hip-length veil. She carried an all-white bouquet composed of several types of flowers. The maid of honor wore a light green twisted halter-neck full length dress. The two bridesmaids wore individual full-length dresses in the same shade of sage green. All three carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Jaylon wore a beige suit with a black vest, white shirt, brown shoes, white pocket square, and mini bouquet boutonniere with white flowers. His three groomsmen wore beige suits with white shirts, brown shoes, and mini bouquet boutonnieres with white flowers.
In the outdoor ceremony, the couple performed a traditional broom-jumping to signify their new marriage.
Next guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres including bruschetta, mushroom caps and crispy coconut shrimp before sitting down to a meal of classic Caesar salad, herb-roasted red potatoes, colorful assorted grilled vegetables, chicken breast and braised beef short ribs. The signature cocktails were the Matrimony Margarita (a classic margarita) and the Till Daiquiri Do Us Part (a strawberry daiquiri on the rocks).
Special dances happened to “You’re My Latest, Greatest Inspiration” by Teddy Pendergrass and “A Song for Mama” by Boyz II Men.
The three-tier white wedding cake was done in a ribbon-frosting design. It was decorated with white roses with other botanical accents.
Jaylon and Kaela left their wedding under the signature sparkler send-off.
Congratulations to this wonderful couple!
