Kimberly and Ryan were married on April 12, 2024.
Kimberly was radiant in a sleeveless ballgown with spaghetti straps, a draped neckline, and a slit skirt. Her accessories included a hip-length veil, a pendant necklace, and a jeweled hair ornament. Her bouquet was composed of roses in shades of white, pink, ivory, and mauve. Her three bridesmaids wore individual full-length dusty rose dresses. They carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Ryan got married in a blue suit with a blue vest, white shirt, white tie with silver stripes, white pocket square, and white rose boutonniere. His three groomsmen wore blue suits with blue vests, white shirts, mauve ties, mauve pocket squares, and white rose boutonnieres.
During the outdoor ceremony, the couple performed a unity candle ceremony to signify the joining of their lives.
In the toasts, the maid of honor, the bride’s sister, said that Kimberly was the best sister, one who stuck up for her, kept her secrets, and always made her feel included. She spoke about how happy she was that Ryan had joined the family and that she wouldn’t want to share her sister with anyone else. The best man thanked everyone for coming and said that the newlyweds are a perfect match. The father of the groom said that Ryan and Kimberly are opposites who are a perfect match. The father of the bride spoke as well.
Kimberly and Ryan’s first dance as a married couple was to “Stand By Me” by Ben E. King. Kimberly and her father danced to “Because You Loved Me” by Celine Dion. Ryan and his mother danced to “You’ll Be in My Heart” by Phil Collins.
There was a photobooth, as well as Raising Cane’s as a midnight snack. The signature cocktail was a prickly pear margarita.
The single-tier white wedding cake was done in a brushed frosting design. It was topped with roses and an ornament bearing the couple’s last name. Guests were treated to cupcakes in a number of flavors.
We wish the newlyweds all the best in their beautiful new life together!
