High school sweethearts Kristie and Danny tied the knot on February 7, 2020.
Kristie looked incredible in a lace fit-and-flare gown with long lace illusion sleeves and a sweetheart neckline. She accessorized with a pearl necklace and a jeweled hair ornament. Her large bouquet was crafted from a variety of flowers in shades of magenta, pink, and coral, along with botanical elements like eucalyptus and thistles, and was tied with a cream-colored ribbon. Her seven bridesmaids wore matching sage green full-length dresses with short flutter sleeves and V necklines. They carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Danny got married in a dark blue suit with a white shirt, dark blue tie, and white pocket square. His seven groomsmen wore light gray suits with white shirts, blue floral ties, and white pocket squares.
In the marriage ceremony, the officiant spoke about the binding power of love. She also had the bride and groom face their guests so that the guests could verbally affirm their support for the couple.
Dinner was held outside, where guests enjoyed a meal of Caesar salad; twice-baked potatoes with cheese, sour cream, bacon, and chives; grilled salmon with hollandaise sauce; and prime rib. Moscow Mules were the signature cocktail.
The maid of honor and the best man both gave speeches.
Danny and Kristie’s first dance was to “Speechless” by Dan + Shay. Kristie also danced with her father, and Danny danced with his mother. Other wedding fun included compasses as favors, a record cover in lieu of a traditional guest book, sparklers for the grand entrance, and a selfie booth for guests.
The three-tier wedding cake was done in a naked look with white frosting. It was decorated with multicolored flowers.
We wish this lovely couple a happy and healthy marriage!
