Kristina and Taylor found their perfect match online, and were married on March 24, 2017.
Kristina chose a romantic A-line ivory gown with a sweetheart neckline, lace overlay, and button detailing down the back. She accessorized with a lace-edged veil, drop earrings, and satin d’orsay Badgley Mishka pumps with a jeweled ornament. She carried a bouquet of roses and peonies in hues of white, ivory, pink, and lavender. Her three bridesmaids each wore a different sparkly champagne-colored floor-length gown, and carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Taylor sported a blue suit with a pale pink tie and pink rose boutonniere. His three groomsmen dressed in slightly darker blue suits with the same ties and boutonnieres.
Kristina walked down an aisle lined with candles floating in jars to meet her groom. The couple’s mothers lit the unity candle, and the officiant reminded the newlyweds that they will evolve together as a couple, and that change is good and to be cherished.
At the reception, guests enjoyed a meal including Caesar salad, Parmesan risotto, grilled vegetables, chicken marsala, and braised beef short ribs. The newlyweds provided a photo booth for guests to use, and had a basket of flip-flops in varying sizes for female guests.
During the speeches, Kristina’s father said he couldn’t picture his daughter with anyone better than Taylor.
Taylor and Kristina danced their first dance to “Then” by Brad Paisley. Kristina danced with her father, and Taylor danced with his mother.
The couple’s three-tier wedding cake featured gold accents and a custom cake topper with their last name.
The newlyweds left the reception under the signature sparkler send-off. They later honeymooned in Maui.
We wish Kristina and Taylor all the best in their wonderful new life together!
