One New Year’s Eve was a new beginning for Kristine and David; they met on a dating app that night, and on March 13, 2020, they were married.
Kristine chose a stunning sleeveless fit-and-flare gown with spaghetti straps, an embellished bodice, button-down back, and a long, dramatic train. She accessorized with a pendant necklace, stud earrings, and a beaded headband. Her bouquet was a mix of cream-colored flowers accented with greenery. Her six bridesmaids wore individual dresses and carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet.
David looked sharp in a blue tweed suit with a white shirt, navy blue tie, and a mini bouquet boutonniere. His six groomsmen wore gray suits with white shirts, navy blue ties, and succulent boutonnieres.
Kristine’s teenage son walked her down the aisle, where her oldest daughter acted as the officiant. She told a story about Kristine and David’s first date, and expressed her wish that the couple would choose each other every day.
Next, guests enjoyed a meal of Caesar salad, herb-roasted potatoes, fresh green beans with toasted almond slivers and butter, grilled chicken breast marinated in olive oil, garlic, and herbs, and braised beef short ribs.
In the speeches, the maid of honor congratulated the couple and wished them the best. The best man spoke about how happy he was for Dave the first time he met Kristine, and said that Kristine makes Dave a better person.
Dave and Kristine’s first dance as man and wife was to “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran. Kristine also had a special dance with her son. Other wedding fun included a photobooth.
The three-tier wedding cake was done with a naked frosting look and had floral decorations.
We wish this beautiful family nothing but love and happiness in the future!
