April 2, 2015 brought Michelle and John together as husband and wife. The couple was wed at Villa Siena under a bright, blue sky. The bride’s daughters and flower girls wore white dresses with full pink bows tied in back as they tossed flower petals down the aisle. The groom’s son was a fine ring bearer impressing guests as he kicked a soccer ball down the aisle.
Michelle was a picturesque bride, who wore a gown with sweetheart neckline, crystal and silver belt and beading throughout. The lace bodice flowed out into a full skirt with an overlay of lace. In her hair, she wore a diamond headband. A bouquet of bold flowers of pink, and white was carried during the ceremony. Her groom, John, wore a grey tuxedo with a navy blue tie and handkerchief, as did his groomsmen.
The bridesmaids were dressed in navy blue gowns of different lengths with hot pink shoes. Their bouquets of hot pink roses were accented with crystals and wrapped with royal blue ribbon and bows.
Dinner was an Italian style buffet. On the center of the tables sat a tall vase with hot pink snapdragons held underwater with glass marbles with a candle floating on top. Afterwards a three-tiered wedding cake served up a little sweetness. Each tier was wrapped in navy silk ribbon with quilted detailing and silver pearls. A monogrammed ‘F’ marked the middle tier.
Before guests left they were asked to sign the couple’s family tree, which had leaves for the names of friends and family. To give such a sweet day a sweet aftertaste, chocolate bars with custom labels were offered as favors.
Congratulations Michelle and John. May fun, smiles and laughter fill all of your days. We wish you the best.
