Morgan and Caleb first met through a church group. Their connection grew. Caleb proposed at the school Morgan worked at. To surprise her, he had the kids hold up a sign saying ‘Will you marry me?’ She said yes and the couple was married at Villa Siena September 29, 2013.
Programs on each seat detailing the ceremony greeted guests while in the bride’s dressing room Morgan and her bridesmaids said a prayer before the wedding. Caleb took his place at the altar wearing a black tuxedo with bowtie, as did his groomsmen. The bridesmaids made their way down the processional in brown dresses with white trim. Morgan was a stunning bride with her long blonde hair worn in loose curls under her veil. Her wedding gown was strapless with rouching and beaded detailing down the front flowing into a tulle skirt of ruffled layers. Silver shoes with crystal detailing complimented the look. The bride’s bouquet consisted of violet, blue and white flowers.
Caleb’s father served as the officiant for the service. A unity candle was lit symbolizing the joining of Morgan and Caleb’s lives into one.
At the guest sign-in table a wood sign read Can I Have This Dance For the Rest of My Life. During the reception a video played of the couple growing up.
Make You Feel My Love played as the couple danced a traditional first dance. Then Morgan and her father took to the dance floor for The Way You Look Tonight followed by a dance with Morgan and her grandfather.
Morgan’s sister gave a toast where she described her sister by each letter of her name.
For the wedding cake three tiers were decorated, each with a different design. Fondant flowers flowed down the side.
Favors were metal keys engraved with the saying Today I marry the one with the key to my heart.
Congratulations Morgan and Caleb. May the spiritual union that joined you on this day be the strength and force behind a lifetime of love.
