Naima and Nabeel met through a mutual friend. That meeting turned into a love that was consecrated February 8, 2015. Red and white were chosen for the color theme with red roses and white orchids throughout Villa Siena.
For her wedding celebration, the bride had her hands and arms hennaed. Bangles of red, white and gold overlaid the henna. Naima wore a beautifully embroidered red and gold sari. For jewelry, gold, diamond and ruby earrings, a necklace and a headpiece were chosen. The bride looked exceptional. Underneath her sari, gold shoes with crystal heels were worn. Nabeel wore a traditional black suit with a classy red tie.
As the reception began, the officiant led a prayer and gave a speech about religion. Afterwards, a limousine drove the couple around the building to the north doors, where the bride and groom made separate grand entrances.
During the reception, a stage was set up as a feature area for photographs and toasts. The wedding cake was three tiers of marble and carrot cake. Fondant on the first and third tiers were coated with sugar crystals while the middle tier was decorated in a quilted pattern. Each tier was wrapped with crystal and red ribbon. Fresh red roses sat atop the cake.
Congratulations Naima and Nabeel. May your lives together be filled with beauty, warmth and love. We wish you the best.
