Our Valentines Day at Villa Siena was spent celebrating the love of Nicole and Ian. Throughout the guest seating and ceremony a string quartet set the stage for a beautiful day.
To be married, Nicole chose a strapless Alfred Angelo gown with beaded bodice and full skirt. The bodice incorporated red and clear crystals, which complimented the bride’s diamond necklace and delicate diamond tiara. Underneath her gown were a pair of Christian Louboutin white crystal shoes. A red rose bouquet brought a splash of color to the look. Her bridesmaids wore classic black silk gowns and carried red rose bouquets. The groom wore a black tuxedo with black shirt and tie and red rose in the lapel. A red handkerchief added a bright accent to the groom’s ensemble. The groomsmen wore black tuxedos with red ties.
The ceremony began with three flower girls and a ring bearer walking down the aisle. Nicole’s grandfather walked her down the aisle. The wedding ceremony included a sand ceremony where black and white sand in individual jars labeled Mr. & Mrs. were poured into a single vase with Morton etched in the glass. The couple’s children were brought forward for a family blessing as well as a family group hug.
A three-tiered wedding cake sparkled like the rest of the day with sugar crystals on the first and third tiers and quilted details on the second tier, black ribbon along the edge and a crystal M on top.
During the speeches the maid of honor talked about how the two of them had always imagined their wedding days. For their first dance All of Me played by John Legend. The couple’s first dance was followed by the grandfather & daughter dance to the Judd’s’ Tell Me About The Good Ole Days then the mother & son dance to Simple Man by Lynryd Skynyrd. After the family dances, the DJ played country music for the rest of the night.
Favors were personalized matchbooks. Congratulations Nicole and Ian. May every day be as romantic as Valentines Day for you. We wish you the best!
