Priya and Nick’s “Winter” Wedding
When Priya and Nick tied the knot last year, they became Mr. and Mrs. Winter — so it was only natural for them to have a December wedding. The couple’s special day was dripping with old-school elegance and glamour, right down to the classic color scheme of red and white.
The wedding took place outside in our Plaza Toscana, which was decorated with red and white roses and a gorgeous red aisle runner. The bridal party was dressed in beautiful jewel tones; the bridesmaids wore velvet burgundy gowns (with one emerald gown for the maid of honor), and Nick and his groomsmen sported classy blue suits with burgundy ties.
Of course, no one was more lovely than our bride, Priya. She wore a traditional Indian sari in white, elegant pearl jewelry, and a long white veil for extra drama. As she walked down the aisle, everyone’s eyes were on her — especially Nick’s!
The ceremony was full of love and personal moments. The couple wrote their own vows, exchanged rings, and finally sealed their union with a kiss. Then, it was time for guests to head inside and celebrate the official Mr. and Mrs. Winter.
The newlyweds kicked off the reception with a grand entrance complete with an outfit for change. Priya changed into a midi dress with tulle, off-the-shoulder sleeves that was just as stunning as her sari! Then, the couple shared a dance to “Put Your Head on My Shoulder” by Paul Anka before sitting down to dinner.
Guests enjoyed a reception meal of Caesar salad, twice-baked potatoes, parmesan risotto, braised beef short ribs, and grilled chicken stuffed with prosciutto and provolone. Everyone danced, laughed, and celebrated right until the sparkler exit at the end of the night!
Priya and Nick had a beautiful wedding, and we wish them plenty of love and happiness in this next chapter together.
