Gunther and Rachel became man and wife on January 5, 2024.
Rachel looked radiant in an off-the-shoulder A-line gown with a train. Her accessories included a hip-length veil. Her bouquet was composed of a variety of flowers in shades of white and pale pink with botanical accents. Her four bridesmaids wore individual full-length dresses in shades of pale pink, champagne and taupe. They carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Gunther wore a black tuxedo with a champagne-colored vest, white shirt, champagne-colored bow tie, champagne-colored pocket square and a mini bouquet boutonniere. His four groomsmen wore black tuxedos with black vests, white shirts, black bow ties, champagne-colored pocket squares and mini bouquet boutonnieres.
During the outdoor ceremony, Rachel told Gunther that he knows her better than she knows herself. Gunther told Rachel that he recognizes her in total. The officiant spoke about the couple’s love, and Rachel’s grandmother gave a blessing.
Later, guests dined on grilled mahi mahi, caprese chicken, twice-baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, and a mixed-greens salad with a Parmesan crisp.
In the toasts, the bride’s sisters spoke about how happy they are for her and how the newlyweds are the perfect couple.
The couple’s first dance was to “I Knew I Loved You” by Savage Garden. Rachel and her father danced to “Best Parts of Me” by Will Dempsey. Gunther and his mother danced to “A Mother’s Prayer.”
The three-tier white wedding cake had a subtle vine design and was decorated with white flowers. It was topped with an ornament bearing the couple’s last name.
We wish all the best for this wonderful couple!
