Rebecca & Todd ~ August 16, 2014

Todd married Rebecca in full military uniform August 16, 2014 at Villa Siena. The bride was a beautiful compliment to her groom in a gown with sweetheart neckline, which was fitted to below the hips with a flair at the bottom that swept out into a train. The back of the dress laced up. Orange, open-toed heels added color to the look, which matched the orange roses and calla lilies in Rebecca’s bouquet. A chunky diamond necklace and diamond drop earrings twinkled amidst the ensemble. Her bridesmaids wore different styles of dresses in taupe. Most of Todd’s groomsmen were also in their Air Force uniforms.

Inside rose petals lined the aisle for the wedding ceremony. The officiant was a family friend who talked about the four stages of marriage. The couple remembered family with framed photographs and a sign reading We know you would be here today, if heaven wasn’t so far away.

After the ceremony, a photo booth was set up for guests to enjoy. As part of the festivities a mariachi band played and the godfather of the bride sang a song. Guests were encouraged to drop advice for the couple in a box.

The first dance was a mix of songs. Afterwards a video slideshow played during the father and daughter dance to De Nina A Mujer by Julio Iglesias. Josh Groban’s You Raise Me Up was chose for the mother and son dance.

A four-tiered wedding cake sparkled with the letter ‘A’ on top in silver and rhinestones. A special fighter jet groom’s cake was presented to Todd. The sweetness of the night continued with a candy table offering a plethora of coral and white candies.
