Andrew and Robyn, who met at their CrossFit gym, became man and wife on March 1, 2019.
Robyn selected a stunning ballgown with a strapless sweetheart neckline, jeweled belt detail, and a full ruffled, tiered skirt. She accessorized with a pearl necklace, drop earrings, magenta strappy heels, and a hip-length veil. Her colorful bouquet was composed of an assortment of blooms in white and several shades of pink.
Her three bridesmaids wore matching pale-pink, full-length, strapless dresses with ruched bodices and flowing skirts. They carried modified versions of the bride’s bouquet.
Andrew looked handsome in a light gray suit with a light gray vest, white shirt, pale pink tie, pale pink pocket square, and bright pink rose boutonniere. His three groomsmen wore dark gray suits with dark gray vests, white shirts, pale pink ties, pale pink pocket squares, and bright pink rose boutonnieres.
In the ceremony, poems were recited and the story of how the couple met was shared. The bride and groom performed a sand ceremony with their children to symbolize the new family they had created.
Later, guests sat down to a meal of salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing, sliced beef tenderloin, twice-baked potatoes, and creamy Parmesan risotto. The signature cocktail was the Marry-Me-Rita.
There was also a doughnut bar.
During the speeches, the maid of honor said that the newlyweds are a great team, and wished them love, laughter, and happily ever after. The best man said he was proud to call Andrew his brother, and called Andrew and Robyn a perfect couple who challenge each other.
Robyn and Andrew shared their first dance as a married couple to “Real Love” by Bon Jovi. Robyn and her father danced to “In My Daughter’s Eyes” by Martina McBride. Andrew and his mother danced to “Sweet Child O’ Mine” by Guns N’ Roses. Other wedding fun included a newlywed game and a conga line.
The three-tier white wedding cake was decorated with silver dots and silver ribbons around the base of each layer. The custom topper depicted the newlyweds lifting a barbell.
Robyn and Andrew left their wedding under the signature sparkler send-off!
We wish this wonderful family all the best in the future!
